Annual General Meeting

Glenelg Shire Council Reception Room, Cliff St, Portland
Business:
- to confirm the minutes of the 2018 Annual General Meeting (see below)
- to receive from the Board of Management reports upon the transactions of SWS during the last preceding financial year;
- to elect Sub Regional representatives to the Board of Management;
- to receive and consider the audited statement submitted by SWS in accordance with the Act year (including Accompanying Schedule 1, Regulation 15, Form 1 – Association Incorporation Reform Act 2012);
- to appoint an auditor for the forthcoming year;
- to set the annual subscription fee and when such should be paid;
- to appoint the Chief Executive Officer as the Secretary, and;
- to confer Life Memberships; and
- Notice of Intention to propose changes to South West Sport’s (Association) Rules under sub clause 8. Vii) (a) – proposed changes attached.
