Our Executive Officer Marc Tims and Team Leader Ashleigh Glennon were lucky enough to attend the Change Our Game International Women’s Day Event at Centrepiece in Melbourne today, surrounded by 800 other sport industry professionals.
A great opportunity to celebrate the work ofwomen in our male dominated industry, and to attend the High-Performance Mindset Intensive with phenomenal guest speaker Emma Murray, who spoke of cracking the code on confidence.
After an inspiring day hearing about the impact of women in sport across the state we decided it was time to recognise and celebrate some of the amazing women in sport from our own south west community, by announcing the first of our finalists for this years South West Community Sports Awards.
What better way is there to celebrate International Women’s Day, than showcasing the exceptional finalists for our Community Sport Leader – Women’s Leadership in Sport Award.
